Puff’n Stuff’n

(You will need 2 jars of Innocent Infused Coconut Oil)

Original, Thyme or Rosemary

Ingredients:

  • 2 jars of Innocent Infused Coconut Oil

  • 4 tbsp. chopped onions

  • 8 cups of crust less (day old or lightly toasted) bread, broken into small pieces NOT crumbled

  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley

  • 1.5 - 2 cups chopped celery

  • 1 tsp. paprika

  • ½ tsp. ground nutmeg

  • 2 eggs

  • ¾ - 1 cup chicken broth (enough to completely moisten all bread)

Directions:

1.      Preheat oven to 325°F.

2.      Mix all ingredients in large bowl. (Cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge until ready to bake.)

3.      Grease 9x13 baking dish. Put mixture into dish.

4.      Bake for 45min – 1 hour.

*Recipe is for 8 servings; each serving is approx. 25 mg.
