Infused Maple Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp. Innocent Infused Coconut Oil

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup

  • Juice from 1/2 a lemon

  • 1-2 tsp. whole grain Dijon mustard

  • 3 tsp. sesame seeds

  • ½ tsp. salt

  • Pepper (add to your discretion) 

Directions:

  1. Warm coconut oil to liquefy.

  2. Once liquid, add in olive oil and maple syrup and whisk.

  3. Proceed to add in lemon juice, Dijon mustard, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Then whisk.

  4. Transfer dressing into glass jar or salad dressing bottle.

  5. After the dressing has been refrigerated it will harden. Hold the sealed container under warm running water to liquefy it.

  6. Shake well before each use.

**For a summer fruity dressing, swap 2 tbsp. of maple syrup with 1 tbsp. maple syrup and 1 tbsp. raspberry jam
