Infused Mac & Cheese

Original, Thyme or Rosemary

(Will need 2 jars of Innocent Infused Coconut Oil)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of pasta

  • 1 jar of Innocent Infused Coconut Oil

  • ½ tsp. salt

  • 1 cup onion (chopped finely)

  • 4 tbsp. flour

  • 2 cups milk

  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (grated)

  • 2/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese (cubed)

  • 1 tsp. chives (chopped)

  • ½ tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°.

2. Cook pasta in boiling water, drain, and set to side.

3. Warm milk in microwave.

4. In a medium sauce pan melt Innocent Infused Coconut Oil. Add salt, pepper, chopped onion. Sauté on medium heat until onions are transparent and soft.

5. Sprinkle flour on top and stir until completely mixed.

6. Add warm milk (small amounts at a time). Stirring occasionally.

7. After milk is mixed in, continue to heat mixture on medium heat until it is thick and bubbly.

8. Remove from heat. Stir in grated cheese, chives, and red pepper flakes.

9. Add drained pasta and mix well.

10. Fold in cubed cheese.

11. Grease a soup bowl/pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
